Basically,we have to attempt 3 main tests,namely

GRE-Graduate Record Exam,
TOEFL
-Test of English as a Foreign Language,
IELTS
-
International English Language Testing System.

To study in the Universities of USA,majorly we have to take GRE & TOEFL tests, for some universities TOEFL score is enough & for some GRE is enough, but it is advisable to take both tests for VISA purpose, becoz USA visa's are purely luck based.

Advisable score in GRE >=1000 & in TOEFL>=80 & in IELTS >=6(for Uk& AUS)

To study in the Universities of UK,we have to take TOEFL or IELTS or 80%English marks in 10th & Intermediate is required,Visa for Uk is not a Big issue if you are able to provide required documents properly.

To study in the Universities of Australia,we should take IELTS test,Visa is not a Big issue.

And we have GMAT,CAT also for doin MBA in foreign countries.

Why Study in Australia??

When most people think of Australia, they see wide open spaces of outback bush, kangaroos, koalas and clean air and water. Not a bad picture to be portraying to the world! However, Australia has so much more to offer than just these stereotypical images. What has Australia to offer to an international student?

Growing Destination
Australia is rapidly growing as one of the most popular destinations for international student to attend. Currently Australia has the third largest international student enrollment behind the USA and the UK.

Global Recognition
Degrees obtained from Australian universities are recognized all over the world, and there is the added boost that the Australian higher education system is federally regulated. Which means the Australian government regulates all universities in the country each year to make sure they are maintaining their high education standards.

Cost of Living
The cost of living and tuition costs in Australia are much lower that compared to the USA or the UK. These lower costs make it more affordable for students to attend a school in Australia and still have a high standard of living.

Diversity
Institutions in Australia offer a wide variety of course and degrees, making it easy to find a fit that is right for you!

Technology
Not many people know this, but Australia is in the top 10 spenders in the world for research and development and 2% of all scientific papers in the world come from Australia, putting Australia at the forefront of new technology and innovations. From only a meager population of 19 million, there have been 7 Nobel Prize winners.

Work
The Australian Immigration system allows students visiting the country on a student visa the chance to work up to 20 hours per week during term time, and during vacations students can work full time. This opportunity makes it much more affordable for students who can attend school and still fund their education with some work.

Australia has much to offer an international student!!

Things to do for UK Visa..

To come to the UK as a student you will have to produce the following documents :

-->A passport
-->A letter of unconditional acceptance for a full-time course
-->Evidence of your ability to meet, without working in the UK, the costs of your course, accommodation and maintenance and to support any dependants accompanying you.

Student visas are normally granted for an initial period of one year, usually determined by the length of the course to be studied.

When you arrive in the UK, an immigration officer may question you, so take all relevant documents in your hand luggage.(esp with all eduational documents and an Chest X-Ray is must @london airport)

You may take part-time or holiday work but you must not:

-->work for more than 20 hours per week during term time unless your placement is part of your studies, has the agreement of your education institution and leads to a degree or qualification awarded by a nationally recognised examining body
-->do business, be self-employed or provide services as a professional sportsperson or entertainer
-->work full-time in a permanent job

Why study in UK??

UK qualifications are recognised and respected throughout the world. Your UK qualification will be a solid foundation for building your future, boosting your career and prospects for a higher salary. UK universities, colleges and schools will provide a vibrant, creative and challenging environment in which to develop your potential. Quality standards for UK institutions are among the best in the world. Universities, colleges and schools continually have to prove that their courses meet strict criteria. Many other countries are now trying to follow the example of the UK.
In an increasingly globalized world economy, people need special skills and qualities to succeed. Employers want employees who can think effectively, creatively and for themselves. This is an essential part of the UK learning experience. Institutions use a variety of teaching and assessment methods to encourage independence, as well as mastery of the subject.

Why study in the UK?

UK universities provide internationally - recognised qualifications of the highest standard. They also offer more opportunities than ever before: there are currently over 50,000 postgraduate taught courses and research opportunities to choose from.

The UK higher education system combines the best elements of tradition and modernity. Some UK universities are among the oldest in the world; others are among the newest. Many provide degrees with a strong vocational foundation and enjoy good links with businesses and professional organisations.

Academic excellence

The quality and standard of UK higher education are guaranteed through the work of various official bodies. The quality of a university's teaching and its general facilities are assessed by the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA). Research standards are examined by the Research Assessment Exercise (RAE), which publishes its findings every five years. The results of all these assessments are freely available on the internet. Information on quality assurance and assessments is also available from the Higher Education Funding Councils.

Value for money

The quality of UK degrees is one reason why so many people come to the UK to study. Another is value for money. Unlike the equivalent programmes in the United States or Australia, most UK Masters programmes can be completed in one year.

An international tradition

The UK has always welcomed students from all over the world. In 2003/2004, there were 96,845 students from the European Union (EU) and 203,210 students from outside of it in the UK at undergraduate and postgraduate level. UK universities are used to looking after the welfare of non-UK students and have well-developed support services and social networks on campus. At postgraduate level, students from outside the UK form over 30% of the entire student body.

The language of business

A major advantage of studying in the UK is the opportunity to perfect your knowledge of the English language – one of the most important skills in the international business world. If you are from outside the EU, especially if you are studying a commercial subject, you may well appreciate the opportunity to observe at first hand the operation of the European market. The UK is a member of the EU, and living and studying here can provide a useful insight into how this major trading bloc functions.

Further information

The British Council office in your home country should be your first stop for information on studying and living in the UK

Why Study in the USA

Maybe you want the very best education available. Maybe you want to put your career on the fast track by perfecting your English and working with top professionals in your field. Whatever your reasons, one thing is clear – your next step is to come to the U.S.A., which will help you achieve your goals and have fun!

You have read about the U.S.A. every day in the news, watched Hollywood films, listened to U.S. songs and music videos and talked to people from the U.S.A. Only by living in the U.S.A. can you truly become fluent in English and gain a deeper appreciation and understanding of U.S. culture.

Life in the U.S.A. will probably be different from what you expect. You may be pleasantly surprised to find that the images from films and television programs are not always true. That is, Americans come in a variety of sizes, colors and shapes. Americans in general are very friendly and will be interested in learning about you and your country.

For any international student, the U.S.A. has a lot to offer: the most prestigious, top ranked education anywhere in the world, eclectic cities and beautiful natural parks, artistic, cultural, political and athletic events, and a very multicultural population.

Diversity

The land and people of the U.S.A. are incredibly varied. Wherever you choose to study, you will encounter a regional culture rich in history, local traditions and customs. The U.S.A. is a multi-racial society that is still absorbing new immigrants, which makes it a very dynamic and exciting place to experience. While students must exercise caution in a few locations, in much of the U.S.A., streets and university campuses are clean and safe.

Differences

U.S. universities may differ from those in your own country in several ways. For one thing, classes are generally small. There may be as few as ten to twenty students in a class; an education in the U.S. A. gives you the personal attention you need in order to succeed. While in class, students are encouraged and expected to contribute to the discussion. Professors meet with students in their offices or even share coffee or meals with them. The close relationship between students and faculty serves to motivate students and fosters a personal approach to the curriculum. Studying in the U.S.A. gives you the opportunity to gain a mentor in your given career field, an invaluable resource.

You may be surprised at your professors’ willingness to challenge authority. Academic freedom is one of the hallmarks of a U.S. university. You will notice different perspectives on instruction. In the U.S.A., students are trained to observe and analyze a problem, then solve it. You will be expected to listen to your classmates and challenge their points of view. The goal is pragmatic, so that you will gain confidence and the ability to organize and present an argument.

Most U.S. university students live on or near the school campus. When you are studying in the U.S.A., you will have many opportunities to join planned and informal activities with other students, such as hiking, skiing, museum visits, excursions to new cities, and U.S.A. tourist attractions. Imagine visiting New York and taking a ferry to the Statue of Liberty! This interaction with other students will enhance your language skills. Your fellow students will also teach you about U.S. culture and about the diverse cultures represented on any U.S. campus.

The Leading Edge

While studying in the U.S.A., you will be exposed to some of the most up-to-date developments in technology. The U.S.A. is the leader in many areas of technology. You may be fortunate enough to meet, and even study, with the leading scholars in your chosen field. Why not study with the best?

Studying in the U.S.A. will exhilarate you. It will change the landscape of your life permanently. We guarantee that you will return home changed: more confident, more open and knowledgeable, a citizen of the world with a much broader perspective!

Study in the U.S.A. can help you to embark on this exciting academic voyage, and to make the next decision—where to study.

Benefits
The United States is the premiere destination for international students from all over the world. The main advantages of higher education in the USA are as follows:

World class learning institutions
The United States has more institutions of higher learning than any other country in the world. More importantly than that, however, is the quality of these academic bodies. Most American colleges and universities offer top-notch education programs with highly qualified teaching staff. The research at many of these universities is cutting-edge and often published in journals worldwide. Many of the professors at these schools are leading authorities in their field. The list of world-class learning institutions in the USA is endless and include, but are not limited to: Stanford University, Harvard, Yale, Cornell, California Institute of Technology, UC Berkeley, University of Pennsylvania, MIT, John Hopkins, Northwestern University, etc.

Endless study choices

One of the best things about studying in the USA is the vast number of academic options offered to students. Since the USA is such a large country with vast resources, almost every field of study is available in the country. One can study everything from Russian history to nuclear physics. That is why so may foreigners choose to obtain their training in the USA. If you can perceive it, you can probably find some place in America to study it.

Worldwide recognition
A degree or certificate from a college or university is useless if it is not recognized by employers, other institutions or field authorities. Therefore, it is of the utmost importance to ensure than the degree from the school you choose is recognized in the place you plan to use it in. Fortunately, colleges and universities in America are given professional accreditation by different governing bodies. These schools have to earn their accreditation by meeting certain criteria, helping ensure a quality education, as well as a degree or certificate that is recognized. Most schools in the USA are accredited, though we strongly suggest that you thoroughly find out what each school's accreditation is before deciding. There are thousands of US schools that offer credentials recognized in almost every corner of the world.

Supporting industries, training & research
Because of the vast wealth of resources in America, the opportunities for practical training related to your field of study are vast. Most college and universities have established affiliations with employers and researchers in different fields of study, thereby creating an avenue for students to obtain hands-on and invaluable experience. Many universities even require that students obtain practical training in order to graduate. In many cases, these opportunities are not available any where else in the world.
People and culture
America is a melting pot of people from all over the world. One will find most Americans to be very hospitable, friendly, kind, generous and accepting of foreigners. Of course, there are a few exceptions, as in any country, but these are not the norm. In general, the people are funny, gregarious, innovative, and eager to learn. These are traits that many international students adopt and take home with them.

Technology
Regardless of what degree a student chooses to pursue in school, he or she will have to use computers and other technologies in order to succeed. Many universities incorporate the latest technology into their curriculum, encouraging students to obtain proficiency before they go out into the workplace. Specialized technology, such as the newest medical equipment in medical schools, allows each student to maximize their true potential and gain experience that is marketable in the real world.

Flexibility
Since the USA school system utilizes credit units and often accommodates working students, most schools offer academic programs that are flexible in nature. This means that, very often, one can choose when to attend classes, how many classes to enroll in each semester or quarter, what elective or optional classes to take, etc. An American education is very conforming to each student's needs.

Campus experience
It has been said that the friends and experience obtained during campus life are worth as much as the education itself. Many make friends that last lifetimes. The lessons learned my co-existing and living with others from all over the world are priceless.

Global focus
More and more often, American colleges and universities are focusing on the global aspects of each subject, better preparing students with a worldwide view of their field. No longer can students merely focus on certain geographic areas when obtaining their academic training. Most US learning institutions have recognized this and offer a more comprehensive and global curriculum to meet these new trends.
